Air Jordan 3 Retro
Originally released in 1988, the Air Jordan 3 was designed by Tinker Hatfield and introduced several groundbreaking features, including the Jumpman logo and visible Air cushioning. The sneaker was also significant for being the first Air Jordan to feature the elephant print, a design element inspired by African art. The Air Jordan 3 Retro has since been re-released in various colorways and collaborations, including the highly sought-after "Black Cement" and "White Cement" versions.
White Cement
The "White Cement" colorway of the AJ3 is one of the most iconic sneaker designs in history. It was first introduced in 1988, alongside the original "Black Cement" version.
The sneaker features a white leather upper with elephant print overlays, black accents, and a cement grey outsole. It is also known for its signature red accents on the tongue and sole. The "White Cement" Air Jordan 3 gained popularity not only for its stylish design but also for being the sneaker that Michael Jordan wore during the 1988 NBA All-Star Game, where he won the MVP award.
Reimagined
After several re-releases of the White Cement colorway, Jordan brand decided to drop a "vintage" version. This pair has the looks of the original J3 White Cement from 1988 if found today, just like the Lost & Found Jordan 1 High Chicago.
