- If your order is intended as a gift, please mention this in the order notes. This way, we can keep you informed about expected delivery times and notify you immediately if we foresee any delays, helping you plan ahead for the holidays.
2. Be Aware of Potential Carrier Delays
- During (late) November and December, shipping carriers can experience delays due to high demand. Unfortunately, we cannot control these carrier delays, but rest assured we will ship your order as promptly as possible to minimize any disruptions.
3. Return Policy
- Our 30-day return policy applies to all orders, starting from the date of delivery. If your holiday gift doesn’t work out, you’ll have a full month from when it arrives to initiate a return.
