To maintain our high standards, we meticulously inspect each pair of shoes from top to bottom before making them available for purchase. This process guarantees that you receive products that meet our strict quality criteria, so you can shop with confidence knowing you're getting the real deal.
The estimated delivery time varies depending on the product. Since we collaborate with multiple partners across Europe, fulfillment times may take a few extra days. Our goal is to ship all orders within 3-10 business days.
You can find the estimated shipping time for each product right above the "Add to Cart" button on the product page — just look for the '🚚' emoji.
We have a 30-day return policy which means you can start a return up to 30 days after receiving your order.
How To Return?
1: Fill in the return form you received with your order (if you did not receive the form, please download it here).
2: Request a return in your account
3: Repack your order in the same way as received (protected & double boxed). Make sure to add the return form.
4: Create a return label. Unfortunately we do not cover the return costs. We recommend using a trusted parcel service like PostNL, UPS or DHL.
5: Drop off the package within 14 days of receiving your order & make sure to keep the shipping receipt.
6: Once we received & fulfilled your return, you will be refunded on your original payment method.

We have a NO-Cancellation policy.
We do not accept cancellations. Once an order has been placed, it is final and cannot be undone.
In rare cases, we may consider accepting a cancellation. However, if we do agree to cancel your order, please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the transaction fees as well as an additional cancellation fee.
These fees are necessary to cover the costs we’ve already incurred.
We are a small company, and each order we process comes with real costs. Unlike larger companies, we cannot easily absorb these expenses. Every order impacts our operations, and we rely on our customers to make thoughtful purchasing decisions. Please think carefully before placing an order with us.

Pre-orders offer a great way to ensure you get the latest sneakers at below-market prices. By pre-ordering, you secure your sneakers and enjoy special pricing.
We offer pre-orders to help you secure your desired sneakers at a better price, avoiding the high resale prices.
Shipping and Cancellation
Pre-ordered sneakers will ship within 2-3 business days after the official release date.
We have strict No-cancellation policy on pre-order products. You may try to request a cancellation, however, please note that we will charge a cancellation fee, covering transaction and other costs.
Different brands and products often have varying size charts. If you're unsure about your size, we generally recommend choosing a half size larger.
Please note that "GS" stands for Grade School, which refers to the kids' version of a shoe. These models are made with fewer materials and tend to have a slightly slimmer fit.
Unless stated otherwise, we always recommend opting for your usual size, no matter the variant.
